AMINO ACID EXCRETION OF NEWBORN INFANTS DURING THE FIRST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS OF LIFE

Abstract
The amino acid excretion of 10 fasting newborn infants for the first 24 hours of life have been determined. These data provide an indication of the range which may be expected for amino acid excretion of newborns and provides a basis for further studies of alterations which occur during infancy.
