Abstract
12 patients with liver disease and anaemia were treated with a total dose infusion of iron dextran complex, with a resulting rise of more than 2 g. % of haemoglobin in 6. The rise occurred in those with an initial haemoglobin under 8 g. % and MCHC below 32%.Keywords
