Enzymatische und „nicht-enzymatische“ Hydroxylierung von Acetanilid bei in-vitro-Versuchen mit Mikrosomen

Abstract
In vitro studies on the hydroxylation of acetanilide with rat liver microsomes showed the following: The o/p ratio of the resulting hydroxyacetanilides is not constant. The enzymatic hydroxylation is often accompanied by a nonenzymatic catalysis. The enzymatic catalysis gives only p-hydroxyacetanilide. The non enzymatic hydroxylation gives o-hydroxy-acetanilide and p-hydroxy-acetanilide. As opposed to the enzymatic catalysis the non-enzymatic one is not increased by pre-treatment of the rats with benzpyrene and it is independent of the electron donor used.
