Abstract
Summary Five antibiotics, alone and in combination with penicillin, were under observation for in vivo effectiveness against Trichomonas vaginalis. The five antibiotics were aureomycin, chloramphenicol, penicillin, dihydrostreptomycin and terramycin. In this series of cases no effect on the vaginal trichomonads could be demonstrated by the antibiotics employed in therapeutic amounts. Keywords
