Abstract
Presentation of CaseA fifty-one-year-old Italian electrical worker was admitted to the hospital because of hemoptysis.Two years previously, he had an upper respiratory illness characterized by cough, sweating and pain in the right lower portion of the chest on breathing. He had not worked for several weeks, but did not remain in bed. Recovery from this episode was apparently complete, but eight months later a similar episode occurred.
