Abstract
A scoring system for selection of pregnancies at risk of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) is presented. It is based on eight weighted items which include information from previous pregnancies and from the current one including the increment of fundal height and of maternal weight. With a risk population of 7% all IUGR infants were included. The IUGR infants constituted 34% of the risk group. Keywords
