Abstract
This article identifies moral and racial issues in the debate on teenage pregnancy and parenthood and indicates how negative attitudes toward feminism have further clouded the discussion of these problems. It suggests that teenage pregnancy and parenthood reflect traditional views of femininity and proposes that pregnancy prevention programs that are based on a feminist perspective may help change teenagers' attitudes and behaviors. Keywords
