Abstract
The far‐infrared laser lines in DCN are explained as being due to transitions involving the 2200 and 091c0 levels which are mixed by a Coriolis resonance at J = 21. The HCN laser lines near 130 μ are explained by a Coriolis resonance which affects the 1200, 1220, and 0510 levels. New laser transitions are predicted for these systems. Keywords
