Abstract
Mixed Heterozygous Hemoglobin DiseasesTwo and possibly three hemolytic diseases are now recognized that fall into the group of mixed heterozygous hemoglobin diseases. The genetic mechanism involved in the heredity of this group is schematically portrayed in Figure 12. Each patient transmits the gene for a different hemoglobin.
