Abstract
We report measurements of the scattering and absorption of 3.39-μm light by electron-hole drops in Ge. An unexpected Fabry-Perot effect in our samples allows us to measure not only the drop size but also their absolute concentration and the optical indices of refraction of the electron-hole condensate. Keywords
