Abstract
A method to determine the adhesiveness of human leucocytes to glass beads was evaluated. The leucocyte adhesiveness increased by decreasing flow rates, increasing amount of glass beads, increased temperature, and decreased by increasing concentration of citrate, oxalate and EDTA. The standard error of the method was 2 per cent adhesiveness. Keywords
