Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 14-year-old girl was admitted to the hospital because of a heart murmur.She was born of a full-term delivery, with normal growth and development. At the age of six years a cardiac murmur was first noted. Three years before admission exertional fatigue and dyspnea developed. She was stable thereafter on mild limitation of activity. One month before entry there was an episode of syncope while she was undressing. She was referred to this hospital.There was no history of paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea, edema, cough, hemoptysis, rheumatic fever or chest pain. The patient's parents and four siblings . . .Keywords
