Abstract
An acoustic current meter for measurements in omnidirectional and dynamic flow phenomena, called the VEKTOR-AKWA, is discussed. Design considerations and a short description of the instrument are given. Results of the omnidirectional performance in steady flows are presented in detail. Results of dynamic tests are mentioned briefly. Keywords
