Abstract
It is lawful to conduct nontherapeutic research procedures on infants and young children provided that the following requirements are observed: the design, details and ethical criteria of the research are approved by the appropriate ethical committee; there is voluntary, informed, parental consent; and there is no or minimal risk.This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
