Abstract
Hetrazan seems capable of completely removing all microfilariae of L. loa from the blood stream of man and also from the liver. It does so, as with Litomosoides carinii in cotton rats, by sensitizing the microfilariae to the point where they are readily phagocytized in the liver capillaries. Keywords
