Abstract
A correction for Jour Parasitol. 36: Suppl. p. 29. Ascaris columnaris was collected from the skunk; the ascarids from marten and fisher appeared to differ from A. columnaris, although the life history appeared to be the same. T. transfuga was collected from the black bear; larvae migrate through the tissues of mice, some of them becoming encapsulated in the intestinal wall, others in the muscles and subcutaneous tissues; some larvae migrate back to the lumen of the intestine.
