Abstract
Two patients with long-standing intention tremor that was interfering with their ability to maintain employment were treated with glutethimide. In both patients, this agent successfully suppressed tremor at doses of 1,000 mg and 4,000 mg per day. Glutethimide has been taken for as long as 14 years in one patient without evidence of side effects. Keywords
