Highly conducting iodinated fluoroaluminium and fluorogallium phthalocyanine polymers

Abstract
Partial oxidation of the quasi-one dimensional fluoroaluminium and fluorogallium phthalocyanines with iodine yields species with appreciable electrical conductivities (0·01–1 ohm–1 cm–1); thermogravimetric, Raman spectroscopic, and mass spectrometric techniques have provided useful information about their composition and nature.
