Abstract
Rabbit antiserum to ammonium sulfate precipitated Cynomolgus monkey serum globulin reacted with human immune globulin. Anti-Cynomolgus globulin serum obtained early in the immunization course reacted with human gamma[image] but not with human gammaG globulin. Indicator red cells prepared with human gamma[image]amboceptor in the interior and anti-Cynomolgus globulin serum in the exterior coating could be used to trace human gamma[image] antibody selectively in the mixed hemadsorption test. Keywords
