Abstract
This is an electrocardiographic-pathologic study in which presence and degree of left ventricular hypertrophy found at necropsy were correlated with electrocardiographic abnormalities suggesting the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy. The nonspecificity of some electrocardiographic findings is emphasized by the occasional erroneous diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy. Keywords
