Abstract
Uniform-size macroporous polymer-based stationary phase was prepared through molecular imprinting technique. Although the stationary phase was prepared by polymerization in an aqueous medium, template molecule was effectively imprinted onto the uniform-size macroporous polymer particles. The ability of chromatographic recognition toward the template molecule on the stationary phase was almost identical to that of the previously reported rod-type separation media1) with larger capacity factor. Keywords
