Shadowed Replicas of Tooth Surfaces

Abstract

A technique is described for obtaining metal shadowed collodion replicas of the surfaces of teeth, either extracted or in situ. The value of these replicas in the study of changes in the enamel is demonstrated by a series of photomicrographs.
