Abstract
The complement-mediated cytotoxicity assay has been used to demonstrate surface immunoglobulin determinants on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. In two individuals with monoclonal serum IgM components, idiotypic antisera demonstrated similar components on a significant proportion of the peripheral blood lymphocytes.Keywords
