Synovial Sarcoma of the Tongue

Abstract
A previously unreported primary synovial sarcoma of the tongue occurred in a 21-year-old man. Because of refusal of surgery, the lesion was treated with a radiation dose of 6,000 rads with apparent success over a two-year follow-up, an experience not in keeping with the generally known behavior of such tumors.
