Abstract
Picogram quantities of the opiate alkaloid, morphine, were detected in a 50-μ1 samples of dried bloodstain by using radioimmunoassay. The age of the stain versus detectability of morphine, the separation of endogenous interfering substances, and morphine extractibility by various agents were investigated. Keywords
