Abstract
Computed tomography [CT] was performed in 28 patients and gave a correct diagnosis in 21 of 22 cases with abdomino-perineal excision of the rectum and in 5 of 6 with anterior resection. CT is of considerable value in the diagnosis of local recurrence of rectal carcinoma, particularly after rectal excision. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
