Abstract
A modification of the parental-F1 hybrid graft-vs-host procedure was employed for demonstrating the presence of potential immunologically reactive cells in various fetal and adult tissues of the mouse. Such cells were found in 2nd and 3rd-week fetal liver, neonatal liver, adult liver, and 2nd-week fetal thymus. Other sources of these potential immunologically competent cells were 2nd and early 3rd-week placenta, neonatal spleen, and adult peripheral blood. Keywords
