Abstract
Multilocular renal cysts may occur bilaterally. A partial nephrectomy usually is curative but unroofing of the cyst may lead to recurrence. The criterion of unilaterality should be deleted, and the diagnosis should be based on histological features. The first case of bilateral multilocular renal cysts with unilateral recurrence is reported. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
