Abstract
A 55-year-old male, a resident of a village in the foothills of the Himalayas in the north-western region of India, presented with a huge nasopharyngeal tumour but was subsequently found to be infected with Leishmania donovani, involving the nasopharyngeal tissue and the draining lymph nodes as well as a visceral infection.Keywords
