Polarization inK+−pElastic Scattering at 3.75 AND 4.40 GeV/c

Abstract

The polarization parameter in $K^{+}-p$ elastic scattering has been measured at 3.75 and 4.40 GeV/c in the range of squared momentum transfer $0.2\lesssim -t\lesssim 1.0$ ${(\mathrm{G}\mathrm{e}\mathrm{V}/\mathit{c})}^2$. The data are compared with the predictions of recent Regge-pole models.
