Abstract
Some members of the genus Candida and genus Saccharomyces are freeze-dried by a relatively new method, which is described in full. Stability of the desiccates is measured by colony counts and tested by exposure to 100°C. and long term storage at room temperature. An attempt is made to correlate the survival under both conditions.Keywords
