Regression of Hypernephroma

Abstract

About 20 cases of regression of lung metastases from hypernephromas, both before and after nephrectomy, have been reported in the literature. Such a regression ensued in the two cases described in this article. In one of these cases a histologically verified regression of the renal tumour also occurred. Both the patients died two or three years after nephrectomy.
