Water-soluble B-vitamins

Abstract

Yeast eluate factor was detd. by observation of the increased growth rate which followed adm. of that factor to young rats receiving, as source of B vits., aneurin, riboflayin and yeast nitrate factor. Yeast filtrate factor was similarly detd. by adm. to rats receiving aneurin, riboflavin and yeast eluate factor. Although not fully investigated the methods described will probably be found suitable for the accurate biological detn. of these factors.
