Abstract
A procedure was developed for multi-element analysis of nitric-perchloric tissue digests. Both plant and animal tissues appear to be quantitatively digested. The recommended procedure is rapid, requires a minimum of glassware manipulation and reagent addition. Analysis of National Bureau of Standards reference material, SRM 1571 (Orchard Leaves) and SRM 1577 (Bovine Liver) was satisfactory for all elements sought [P. Mg, Ca, K, Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn].This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
