Abstract
Porometer measurements of the resistance offered to viscous flow of air by mesophyll tissue rings cut from leaves were carried out simultaneously with determinations of changes in tissue water content, Decreases in water content were accompanied by increases in mesophyll resistance and these changes are discussed in relation to porometer measurements of total resistance offered by leaves to viscous flow of air. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
