Immunofluorescent Studies of Skin from Patients with Psoriasis

Abstract
Immunofluorescent studies of lesions and uninvolved skin from 18 patients with psoriasis, 10 patients with psoriatic arthropathy and 2 patients with psoriatic erythrodermia did not reveal in vivo bound immunoglobulin, fibrinogen or complement, neither could circulating skin antibody be demonstrated in these patients.
