Suppression de l’hypersensibilité retardée par l’extirpation des ganglions lymphatiques régionaux

Abstract
The regional lymph glands were removed from guinea pigs 7 days after they were sensitized by the injection of picrylated albumin into the foot-pads. Four days later the cutaneous reaction to the antigen disappeared. Circulating antibodies (measured by hemagglutination) were also greatly diminished. Splenectomy had no such effects.
