ANTIHISTAMINES no longer make the headlines. Now and then comments about them appear on the editorial page. More recently they have been found among the advertisements. Time is necessary for the clinical evaluation of any therapeutic agent. It is now five years since the first of these drugs became available to the practicing physician.
