Abstract
Treatment of cells of Chlorella vul-garis with solns. of ZnSO4, or KC1 resulted in retardation of only the dark reactions of photosynthesis. Treatment with CuSO4, HsBO3, KI, CoSO4, and (NH4)2SO4 inhibited both the photochemical and dark chemical reactions.
