Abstract
A sensitive automated fluorimetric method for the estimation of cholesterol is described which is suitable for the routine determination of both serum and serum lipoprotein cholesterol. Analyses can be performed at 60/hour in the serum range of 5 mg to 400 mg/100 ml. The method shows a high degree of analytical precision and good yields from recovery experiments. Keywords
