Abstract
Presentation of CaseA seventy-seven-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of pain in the abdomen.Five months previously she had the onset of pain in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen that radiated to the back, accompanied by anorexia and episodes of belching and nausea. There was a loss of 25 pounds in weight. She complained of a sensation of fullness in the stomach and early satiety. There was no history of fever or chills, vomiting, alteration in bowel habits or change in the color of the urine or stools.For twenty-two years she had had diabetes . . .Keywords
