Abstract
The effect of diffusates on flower formation has been studied. The diffusates were obtained by leaching germinating seed under vernalizing conditions (4[degree]C) or at 20[degree]C. It was found that both diffusates contained flower promoting activity which appears to replace the effect of a cold treatment on the node at which the first flower appears in these vernalizable pea varieties. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
