Abstract
The purpose of this article is to review the psychiatric conditions associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in children and adolescents. Emphasis is placed on clinical presentation and the differential diagnosis between organic psychiatric disorder, toxic psychiatric disorder, and functional psychological symptoms.Keywords
