Opsoclonus as the Initial Manifestation of Occult Neuroblastoma

Abstract
Opsoclonus was the initial manifestation of an associated neuroblastoma. Although symptomatic control of the ocular symptoms can be achieved by the use of corticotropin (ACTH), it is important to recognize that this unusual ocular symptom may be a manifestation of an occult, but potentially treatable malignant neoplasm and to undertake appropriate diagnostic studies which might uncover its existence.
