Abstract
Various supravital mitochondrial indicators have been used on three strains of S. typhosa. Some variation in the pattern of staining was noted, which demonstrates the existence of a gradient of mitochondrial reactivities. The mitochondria were differentiated from nuclei and cell wall, and Showed no structural relationship to terminal flagellar spheres. Keywords
