Identifying the coordination of silicon by magic‐angle‐spinning NMR: Thickness of the Venus lithosphere estimated from topography and gravity” by A. Cazenave and K. Dominh

Abstract
Six‐coordinated Si in stishovite yields a sharp 29Si MASNMR signal at −191.3 ±0.2 ppm from TMS, well‐removed from the characteristic signal associated with tetrahedral coordination in quartz, cristobalite, and other, less crystalline siliceous solids.
