Abstract
Three-dimensional ultracold-neutron focusing by a total-reflecting concave Fresnel-zone mirror has been observed. In the neutron wavelength range from 60 to 80 nm, real-image formation was achieved up to a magnification of 6. The measured image positions, magnifications, and intensities agree with expectation. Within the instrumental resolution no image broadening due to diffuse scattering has been observed. Keywords
