Abstract
Nine patients with Fournier''s gangrene are presented and the relevant literature is reviewed. Fournier''s gangrene is secondary to other predisposing conditions, the commonest causes being urethral and perianal sepsis. Local excision and antibiotics are the treatment of choice. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
