Inhibition of Brain Cytochrome Oxidase and ATP-ase by Chlorpromazine Analogues.

Inhibitory properties of chlorpromazine, promazine, promethazine and chlorpromazine sulfoxide toward cytochrome oxidase and ATP-ase in rat-brain mitochondria were studied.
