Abstract
DNA hybridization enables the three-dimensional assembly of Au nanoparticles and streptavidin. The high-density DNA-modified Au nanoparticles were stable to nonspecific binding of streptavidin. Structural and melting investigations on the assemblies showed their formation was reversible. Keywords
